WHAT DOES 'REAL BEARDED' MEAN?  A 'Real Bearded" Santa is a gentleman who possesses a real beard.  He is not wearing a man-made designer beard of synthetic or human hair.  Most of the gentlemen we provide have spent months and even years growing and maintaining their beards.  Often they carry the persona of Santa 24/7/365.  In addition, you will find that his Santa Suit is custom tailored and he is wearing real boots, and belt.  All of this is to continue the magic and mystery that is Santa Claus.

HOW DO I BOOK A SANTA?  Simply click on the link below and completed our "Request for a Santa" form.  Clients can view our web pages to see photos of selected Santas that we represent.  This is not a total list.  We do have many more.  These Santas do have openings in their appointment books, but we cannot guarantee that they are available for you individual party, as they may have already been book for that time.

DO YOU SEND A CONTRACT?   To guarantee rates & terms quoted, all bookings are done by contract.  Each contract contains the details of the actual event, all of our performer's information and all contact phone numbers, so that you, our office and the performer can be in direct contact with each other.  Contracts also contain all deposit and payment details, plus other important information and deadlines

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?  If cancellation becomes necessary, a refund of the Deposit, less 10% service fee, for the cancellation of any booking more than 7-days out; Deposit, less 25% service fee, for cancellations more than 48-hours, but less than 7-days out; the full Deposit forfeited for bookings cancelled less than 48-hours prior to event.

WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST OR NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE IN THE SCHEDULE?   We understand that every party is different and special to the needs of the client, family and guests.  Out Santas are booked at many events throughout the season and often two to four consecutive events per day, especially on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.  Often it is difficult to make changes after the initial booking is made, as the Santa, like a doctor, has filled in all of his appointments.  Because of this, special requests or changes made after confirmation, are at the client's cost, and must be made to RS in advance when possible.  Often, we must get other clients or families to adjust their schedules to meet your changes.  The minimum additional charge for changes, after initial confirmation is $50.00.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SANTA?  Payments can be done by check, money order or credit card.  Generally a 50% deposit is required in advance of the event, with the balance due immediately at the end of the event.  Due to the fact that there are always changes and differences, we are flexible to work with you regarding special arrangements.

WHAT KIND OF BACKGROUND CHECK DOES YOUR COMPANY PROVIDE?  Due to the many concerns in our society today, and for the safety and peace of mind of our clients, all of our Santas must now pass a background check prior to appearing at any public event. Please read our safety statement for any additional information. All of our performers are required to have a current criminal background check.  In most cases these are done by ESR (Employers Screening Resources)  In some cases a few of our performers, have other jobs or positions, in law enforcement, government work, as a foster parent, teaching, or medical professions where they are also required to have background checks.  In those special cases, we accept the background check from their local or state agency.

WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DO YOUR SANTAS HAVE?  We are very proud to say that most of the Santas presented on our web pages have taken a one-day or two-day training program presented by the International University of Santa Claus (IUSC) or one of the other recognized Santa Schools. Others have years of personal experience, presented references and have done personal studies or attended training programs at conventions. (visit www.School4Santas.com for details on the IUSC)

WHAT KIND OF INSURANCE DO YOUR PERFORMERS HAVE?  Each of our performers is required to carry a minimum $1 million dollar entertainers liability policy.  Generally these policies are the same as other party entertainers, DJ;s and performers.  They are most often issued by K&K insurance, Specialty Insurance or other entertainers Associations.

WHAT IF I ONLY WANT A SANTA FOR 30 MINUTES?   Thirty minute bookings are limited to Private single-family home visits.  All other home parties, corporate events and special events are a minimum one-hour call within a 50-mile radius.

 HOW EARLY WILL SANTA ARRIVE?  As it is very difficult to hide Santa, for most events or parties, Santa will call when he is about five minutes away.  Then someone from your event can meet him and assist if necessary.  For Special Events, performers will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to appearance unless otherwise stipulated above in the agreement. 

WHEN SANTA ARRIVES AT MY HOME, WHAT WILL HE DO? In most cases, Santa arranges to meet someone from your Party outside your event.  If there are packages to carry in he will fill his bag and, on cue, will enter the event.

WHAT ELSE DO YOUR SANTAS DO?  At homes or events with children, Santa generally takes a seat, and begins calling out children's names.  He then presents gifts to them, poses for a photo and  talks with the child.  If time permits he can pose for family photos, group photos or even photos with some of the adults and especially any grandparents.

At corporate or promotional events, we can supply Santas for Tree-Lightings, Media events, Special photo opportunities, walk-abouts, etc.

And for very special events, we have Santas who ride motorcycles, skydive, scuba dive, water and jet ski, plus ride on the traditional fire truck.

DOES SANTA REQUIRE ANY BREAKS?  Due to the nature of our performer’s traditional outfits, it is necessary that they have periodic breaks and that their performance location be cool and comfortable, we recommend 70 degrees.  If outdoors or in a warm environment, appropriate breaks may be necessary as per health and safety regulations.  It is assumed that all events will be indoors, or that arrangements have been made if event is held outdoors, and therefore cancellations due to inclement weather are not accepted. 

CAN WE USE THE PHOTOS OF SANTA FOR OUR COMPANY ADVERTISING AND MARKETING?   Any and all photos taken of our performers, whether by individuals or professional photographers, are assumed to be for private or personal use of the client and may not be used for commercial or promotion use without written permission of the performer and TKG.

WHAT WILL SANTA BE WEARING? - All of our Santas have real beards and wear real Santa Suits, with real Boots and belt.  It is our goal that his presentation be as real as possible.

WHAT ELSE DOES SANTA DO BESIDEDS TALK WITH A CHILD, POSE FOR PHOTOS AND HAND OUT GIFTS?  Many of our Santas can also tell stories or lead everyone in some Holiday songs.   Each Santa is different, and so each visit or event is different.  Most of our Santas are flexible to your needs.

CAN I TALK TO MY SANTA BEFORE THE EVENT TO CONFIRM ALL DETAILS?  Yes, you may talk with your Santa before your event.  We feel this level of communications is important to the Santa understanding what your are planning, and for you to know exactly what services he will be supplying
