RealSantas.com is pleased to be celebrating our eleventh year in business and of providing 'real-bearded' Santas  and other entertainers for special events, parties, promotions and full time work with theme attractions, photo companies and malls. 

During this time we have made over 3,500 bookings and have an extensive list of clients all across America.  Our mission is to supply qualified, real- bearded Santas to bring joy, happiness and entertainment to children, families and corporations everywhere.  And the key word is “Qualified.”

Our company has a goal to be the #1 web site where companies, organization and families can find and hire qualified “Real” Santas for the holiday events or parties.  In many locations we also supply Mrs. Claus and in some cities we will also supply “real” little-people as elves.  To this we can also add Dickens Carolers, Santa helpers, DJ’s, live music and even “real” or synthetic snow!

We are continuing our growth this year by upgrading our computers and booking software, plus adding our own in-house server.  We have added more web site addresses and expanded our marketing efforts in order to do a better job of serving both our clients and the Santas that we hire and represent.

RealSantas.com is also expanding and updating the current information on each Santa including the verification of insurance and a background checks.  All of our Santas are required to show proof of  a minimum $1-million in liability insurance and pass an annual background check prior to being confirmed for any booking or event.  Details on insurance and background checks can be found by clicking on the links above.

As part of our company’s goal to help improve the quality of Santa’s worldwide, we support our industry by offering special services to Santas including:

• ·        SantasWardrobe.com – Where professional Santas can find quality Suits, Boots, Belts and accessories.

• ·        CasualClaus.com – Where Santas can find everyday clothing to wear when not dressed in their Santa Suits.

• ·       School4Santas.com - the nation’s largest Santa School where Santas, Mrs. Claus and helpers learn “The Business of Santa.”

We prefer Santas with the following:  

• ·         At least two years professional Santa experience appearing for private parties, family events, organizations and community parties and know how to work on your own. (Individuals with less than two years Santa experience may still be considered depending on other entertainment experience and references.)

• ·        Have at least three quality “Santa” references from paid Santa jobs.   

• ·        Have a full suit with real boots, belt, etc.  

• ·        Have a good “Santa” head shot for the web site and one full length in your full costume.

• ·         Have reliable transportation (for local work). (We will only book you for parties and events in those cities that you want to work in. Our clients generally do not pay for mileage or driving time unless agreed upon in advance.)  

• ·        Have entertainer’s liability insurance.  It is for your protection. (Annual insurance policies can be obtained for as low as $200 a year.)

• ·        Have current certification of a third party background check via a licensed background agency. (This is not just a local police report.  It is a third party investigation of your background and must include a sexual offender check.) 

• ·        Complete our application verifying that all that you have submitted is factual and accurate, including your current weight and what you look like today.

• ·        And... that you have a “Real” Beard, that is white or will be totally white by the start of the season. (around November 5) Your hair, no matter what length, how little, or how much, should also be white or of a shade that does not detract from the character of Santa.  Shaved and bald heads are also accepted.

RealSantas.com is an entertainment booking service, not a theatrical agent. We do not represent anyone exclusively unless the Santa requests it.  Our company does get a lot of work for Santas, but do not expect us to fill  your entire calendar.

You can still be listed as many other Santa sites and talent agencies as you wish.  If you are listed with another “Santas only” booking agency, you may want to ask them first as some do like to have all of their Santas exclusive to their agency. 

We specialize in private and corporate parties with the emphasis on single one-time events. We also handle requests for Mall positions.

The events we book are spread throughout the United States and Canada with concentrations in Major Cities. Most of the clients contacting us are looking for quality, professional, Real Bearded Santas, in good costumes with real boots, etc.

 Clients are often looking for someone close by. Once in a while they will pay for mileage, but only on rare occasions.

99% of our business is for the regular Santa, whether it be a full time position or a onetime event.  However in some cases, that other 1%, we have very special Santas, known as our “Premiere Santas.”
