Our wish is that everyone find a Santa for their event, whether we supply the Santa or someone else does. We will begin our search for your Santa and will try to contact you as soon as possible. However please note that most Santas will have already rebooked their clients from this past year and filled some of their appointment times. Therefore we do hope that you are flexible in the times you have chosen. The earlier in the year, you make your request, the better chance we have in meeting your exact request.

Our office is in the Pacific Time Zone and our elves generally work Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Beginning in September we try to open at 7 a.m. The office is closed on weekends and most Holidays. During the summer months, we travek to teach Santa School and the office may be closed on Fridays also.

Below is our general price list for the 2011 Christmas season.* These rates are for a 'real' bearded Santa in an authentic, realistic suit, performing the basic duties of a Santa.

* Rates for weekends and the days just prior to Christmas and throught he New Year are higher. Rates for Special Event and Performance Santas are higher. The above rates are applicable in most areas of the U.S. However, rates in New York, Los Angeles, and other Metropolitan areas are slightly higher. Additional Holiday characters may also be available, at extra cost, upon request: Mrs. Claus (Singer/Story teller to be booked with Santa or Solo): Santa Helper Elves(to be booked with Santa), Real Elf/Little Person (SAG/AFTRA - to be booked with Santa or Solo), Special Santa Helpers (Professional Models in Holiday outfits); Real Snow delivered to your location (Subject to availability in your area)
If you wish us to proceed, in looking for a Santa for your party, please contact us, as soon as possible, to proceed with your request. If your plans have changed and you no long need our assistance, also please let us know. If you have additional information you wish to give us, need an immediate or rush response, or if you have other questions, please feel free to call us and leave a message.
