Below is our general price list for the 2017 Christmas season. * These rates are for a ‘real bearded’ Santa in an authentic, realistic suit, with full background check and liability insurance, performing the basic duties of a Santa.
Rates for weekends and the days just prior to Christmas are higher. The rates are applicable in most areas of the U.S. Rates in New York, Los Angeles, and other Metropolitan areas may be higher. Rates for special event and Premiere Performance Santas are also higher. Theatrical, Film and Commercial rates, are negotiable.

Advanced bookings are always important in order to secure a Santa. Our wish is that you get a Santa for your event, whether we supply the Santa or someone else does. We will begin checking on a Santa immediately and will try to contact you as soon as possible.
Our office elves generally work Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. Beginning in October we open at 8 a.m. The office is closed on weekends, and Holidays and sometimes because we are quite busy working at and managing some fabulous parties and events.
Additional Holiday characters may also be available, at extra cost, upon request: Mrs. Claus (Singer/Story teller to be booked with Santa or Solo): Santa Helper Elves (to be booked with Santa), Real Elf/Little Person (SAG/AFTRA – to be booked with Santa or Solo), Special Santa Helpers (Professional Models in Holiday outfits); Real Snow delivered to your location (Subject to availability in your area)

If your need is urgent, for a Santa to appear or work within the next few days, please call our office at (631) 871-4901. Please note that late bookings may require advance payment or retainer. We strive to have someone monitoring the phone all day, and do check messages hourly hour or so and will call you as quickly as possible, within 24 hours. If your call is in the evening or after hours, we ask that you call twice and the second call will be passed through to someone.
